I
I’m a Japanese-Senegalese American with a political and creative upbringing nurtured in New York City. These days I am living a quiet life in Aarhus, Denmark. I spend a lot of time bouldering, sewing to fill my wardrobe, and attempting ikebana flower arrangement.
In my work life, I’m an independent researcher, facilitator, designer, and educator with ten years of training and experience. My work focuses on the intersections of creative practice, our private socio-political realities, and critical theory. The collaborations I hold most dearly are with folks working towards moving softly, reflectively, and with accountability.
